    Question about cooldown math

So I've played this game for a long time without ever truly considering or thinking how this works until a very random thought crossed through my head one day and made me go, wuuuuhhhaaattt!?

The question is: How do cooldowns affect you mathematically when you use multiple cooldowns?

Take for example that you are playing Bard. You aren't using Wanderer's Minuet at the moment for the sake of the argument. You pop Raging Strikes (20% damage increase), and than Blood for Blood (10% damage increase). Are you now doing 30% more damage? or does that 10% get added to the new value you had when you popped Raging Strikes? Conversely, does the outgoing damage change if you pop them in a different order?

And than what if you add WM? if you had WM on and popped both cooldowns, do you now have 60% increase damaged output for the duration? Does the order of your cooldowns affect outgoing damage, and are you limiting the full affect of a CD by stacking multiple cool downs together?

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Stuff stacks multiplicatively in most cases. Raging Strikes and Blood for Blood would end up with a total of 32% damage increase (1.2*1.1=1.32, or 32%).

In your second case, you'd have a total of 71.6% increased damage (1.3*1.2*1.1=1.716, or 71.6%).

Order doesn't matter, you can try switching the places of the numbers, but you'll get the same result every single time.

Bonus: Defensive cooldowns work the same way. With Grit active and using, say, Shadowskin, you end up with 36% damage reduction (0.8*0.8=0.64, or taking 64% of the full damage value), rather than 40% reduced damage!
