Ties That Binds Quest + Wristlet Vanishing

We had a wedding planned before the release of Heavensward for either 18th of April or 18th Of May, I could not attend due to RL, The quest was still there even after rebuying sub and doing the new expansion and leveling. I logged back in after the maintenance on the 4th November. Quest was gone, Logged off and realised wristlet was gone too. I've also already asked a GM and there is no evidence of the wristlet disapearing or anything. Partner is stuck with the quest and I can only pick it back up again.

Steps:
1. Started the quest with Fyr Syn (Partner) around 10th or April/May and booked it for either 18th of April/May, Couldnt attend due to RL
2. Logged on and saw the quest "The Ties That Bind" has vanished after 4th Nov Maint
3. Checked if the wristlet was still in my inventory, which it was right then on the 4th Nov
4. Relogged to check if the quest would show, It didnt on the 4th Nov
5. Wristlet then vanished from inventory so I brought a new one on the 5th Nov
