Probably not enough raids / 24-man raids would take forever. I don't know if any other raids would be wise to include since expert roulette / trial roulette are the hardest roulettes and they're comparatively not hard at all.

Most of them can be cleared in 20-30 minutes with the exception of the Void Ark. They need to bring back the CT series in one way or another, and I think raid roulette is the best way to do so.

I meant it mostly as in you'd be sitting in the roulette queue forever if it's not just and only Void Ark.

Well there'd be no reason not to include the older 24 man raids, 75 Esoterics with only the older 24 man raids. That's more than enough incentive to get a lot of people queuing for the content.
