Hence the "IMO" in my post. I'm just not a fan of motion blur in third person. It's a little bit less of a problem in faster paced games like Gears, but it does still result in a lot of situations where you're moving so much and so quickly that you simply can't tell what's going on in part due to the motion blur. In slower paced games, (at least in terms of movement), like XIV, it can be distracting when you switch the camera around to see mechanics or check on the situation around you better. I'm by no means saying that it would upset me if it was added to the game, because I can adapt, just that I would prefer that if it is, it be an option to turn it on or leave it off.....
