R30 Main storyline Quest - Toll of the Warden.(bug)

Issue: Quest not completing if AE'ing the final mobs.

Description: This quest gave me an insanely hard time trying to defeat the enemies instead of parlay'ing. My companion (gladiator.) never held agro for more than a couple seconds in the beginning. (might just be my playstyle.) however, After Defeating the Amalj'aa (who were the hardest for me.) I went into killing the Ixali, These are easier for me and so i just alternate healing/ae'ing/half mana root. I had met the quest requirements by getting both Ixali down to the required health at the same time, however one ran to the side to dissappear and count towards completion, the other stayed on me and stopped attacking, after targetting him again and thinking i needed to hit him another time or so he just disappeared. No quest update or anything.

this forced me to wander around a couple minutes looking however, nothing on the mini map pinged Red, and he was no where in the room. The Amalj'aa shaman has dissappeared because i completed chasing the off, the Ixali shaman was still there forcing me to do the Parlay to complete the quest. This in itself was complicated but after 2 tries i hit the one minute marker left in the instance. The final parlay even though it ran over the time limit and i got the "no longer bound by duty" message, i beat the Ixali and it completed the quest allowing me to move forward and witness the cutscene.

Final: I am submitting this bug report in the hopes that this is a simple change, and while there is a secondary method to completing it, I chose to fight and was not able to complete it in this manner.

Steps:
1. start the instance.
2. fight the amalj'aa monsters (2) until they flee.
3. go Right from the entrance to the right side of the lake.
4. AE the Ixali swordfighters down to the point where they flee.
(possible step 5. one will flee the other will stand there for a second. try to attack the one standing there and he dissappears with no update.)
