    It means all current instances are filled.

    This was a big problem during 2.0 as well.

    It seems that with the fact all the new content (aside from the quests themselves) are instanced, the instance servers are overflowing (kinda like the Japanese transport system at peak hours). So it's waiting for an instance server to free up to slam you into that instance. There's probably a queue of found parties just waiting for an instance. Though does it prioritise premade parties or DF parties? Neither? So many variables at play here.

    As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.

    Ugh they should really beef up those servers after a patch. It was Void Ark. We gave up after 25 minutes. =/

    I really enjoy the game but what is up with SE? You gotta spend money to make money. They keep using server capacity as an excuse for housing, can't have better summoner pets, etc. Space don't cost that much money no more.
