    Launcher continues to crash.

    I've tried to download patch 3.1 and started my game as normal in Admin mode, the Launcher Updater ran and downloaded an 18.20MB update for Boot Version 2015.11.05.0000.0001 and proceeded to restart the Launcher. At that point it gave the usual dark background but BLANK Launcher/Login screen and threw a Windows Error message box saying "Final Fantasy XIV has stopped working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." My only option available is a Close Window button. I was able to log on Saturday 11/7/15 prior to the patch to update for 3.1. This problem has only started since the implementation of update 3.1 and I have been unable to log into the game.

    I have tried running compatability mode for Win XP and Win 7, I already run in Admin mode. I have disabled background programs, media programs, all antivirus programs. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall FIVE times and nothing has worked.

    I have since been in contact with SQUARE ENIX Chat support (ref #5538073). I was directed to Uninstall my game, delete my Documents->My Games->FFXIV directory, and run a registry cleaner, restart my PC, and then download the game via website and try again. Doing so has still given the same results.

    I have enclosed the Error Log from my Event Viewer. Looking at the event view log shows a faulting path of mshtml.dll.

    I posted this into the Bug Report Forums and this was moved here, yet has not been addressed in any form. Do techs even read these?
