I am on PS4 and noticed that since Patch 3.1, when playing healer, I no longer see party member debuffs under their name when targetted if this setting is on. Debuffs do show on the party list however.

A very frustrating bug.

I take that setting off and I see debuffs again.

I submitted a bug report in game but I'm not sure if it worked or not. Sorry if this is a duplicate.
