Anyone else having dungeon queue issues?

And no, I don't think wait times are broken or not working as intended.

Two days ago I had a situation, where I've been in a queue for 70 minutes. Withdrew, rejoined and found a team after 15 minutes. I think it easily indicates that something about the alghoritms is off.
