Daily Duty Finder Leveling Roulette is seriously broken for me. I haven't been able to get one after many LONG WAIT attempts for just a Normal Daily Leveling Roulette.

I wonder if they calculate how many people waited 40+ minutes and eventually gave up? That is really the number they need to be looking at, because it would have increased exponentially.
