Looking for an FC, or maybe an LS?

I am a pretty casual player who likes the social side of things but also wants a group to do dungeons/hunts/ whatever with in-game. I also have a young kid and a job so I am prone to bouts of disappearance. This is what got me removed from my last FC (I guess, I logged in after a month or two and was no longer a part of it) but they were raiding focused so I understand. I just don't see the point of an MMO without the social aspect though, and even when I was in the FC there wasn't much chatting going on. I have been looking through the FCs on Exodus but there are so many it is hard to know which one to apply to. If any one is recruiting or knows of a fun, laid back FC or LS I should ask about, can you et me know? Thanks
