Not the first time. We sent a 50 ship out thinking this would be the case, but it came back without any luck the next day. We've got two ships out now hunting for it.

That's fine, Normal Mode is difficult enough at this point.

Has anyone actually tried out hard mode yet?? I feel the difficulty in normal is more than reasonable atm, just curious how difficult it really is..

Difference between Hard and normal is the same as the difference between easy and normal, in hard the lowest mob you can meet is rank 3 and rank 5 are basically what rank 4 are in normal.

As for what OP asked it is unlocked by exploring either sector 21 or 22 but it's only a chance.

Can someone tell me what is the real difference between hard and normal?
