All of the voices since half of heavensward for the main scenario quests only in the cut scenes , the voices are very faint and sound as though they are all talking underwater, and the voices were so faint I thought it was background aetheric voices that I was hearing.
But only the voices have this problem the rest of the sounds are all perfect. I was hoping that with the 3.1 patch the problem would be fixed but not.
