Need help with unlocking scholar

Hello all,

As the title says, I need help to unlock scholar.

First off I am a lvl 60 Summoner (main), lvl 60 Black Mage (secondary) and I also leveled Conjurer to lvl 15. Google tells me that I should be able to unlock Scholar when Arcanist is lvl 30 and Conjurer is lvl 15 but somehow I cannot unlock this class/job.

I had this same issue when I was leveling Thaumaturge/Black Mage.
The quest (to unlock BLM) told me to level up Archery to lvl 15 first, after leveling Archery I couldn't unlock BLM and quick googling told me that I also needed lvl 15 Arcanist.

I asked this several times in my fc and also to some friends, everybody unlocked their jobs with only leveling 1 secondary class/job to lvl 15 and they could unlock their main job. I on the other hand, always seem to need 2 more secondary classes/jobs to unlock a main job.







Is this a bug?
Also, how do I unlock Scholar?
