Rank 20 ARM guild quest

Since you can no longer make copper squares, copper plates, and copper rivets, I suggest the materials needed to make the synths for this quest be changed. I had to buy the last ones in the market wards.

Up and coming armorers will get really frustrated with this quickly like I just was.
