    Requirement for Hardmode FC?

    We just had two airships come back from having to revisit Sector 21 and 22.... and we still cannot get to open Hard mode missions.

    Does anyone know what we have to do to unlock these? I am getting slightly frustrated with this.

    Definitely not 100%. I am trying to unlock it across 8 FC and so far only 3 have gotten. Each one has had a 21 > 22 venture come back at least once.

    Based on reports it seems either 21 or 22 has the possibility. It's uncertain right now if any other sectors or combinations can unlock it.
