3rd/4th Retainer

I would say one, as to not be greedy. When we buy the expansion packs, whether limited edition or not, we should get a new retainer regardlesss as a thank you from SE for continuing to play FFXIV! ^^

I can see why you'd say one or more, depending on how many items given out. But I don't think SE would give us that many retainers, sadly. I can't explain it, but it's just a feeling. ^^;

That is why Im wanting 2.. we gotta be just as greedy as consumers.. otherwise they will just nickel and dime us under the pretence of "that is just business"... kinda like their cash shop shenanigans T_T. But apparently Yoshi said we would be getting more free retainers... anyone have a link to this info?

You make a good point. I would really much like to be able to make at least three extra permanent retainers without having to rent one each for ten dollars. That's a complete waste of money. :/ And the cash shop's prices "just being business" is an extremely poor excuse if true. Mog Station could be easily raking in more money if they'd put everything at a decent price than asking twenty-three dollars for a freakin horse mount. Who would want that if it can't even do anything but look pretty!? When I saw that, I felt like I was hallucinating! D:
