SE please, stop hiding our cute fluffy ears

Hello, so I am very sad to see how adorable and pretty head gear looks simply awful on miqo'tes.

Example, the new Sky Pirate's Beret of Aiming, simply adorable until you add ears to it. I don't understand why SE keeps covering Miqo'tes ears on every hat they release, I mean, wasn't the old AF Bard hat amazing? yes it was! were the ears hidden, no they weren't.

I will show what I mean:

1st picture is the old Bard AF hat, look at those fluffy ears poking out! adorable~

2nd is the hat from Crystal Tower, not too bad since the ears are very low profile, so they don't stick out too far making the hat look strange.

3rd image, is the new beret, it is not bad enough how the beret shape gets completely messed up when you add leather in shape of ears to it, but also, the color, why that color, I haven't crafted it or tried to dye it, because... I won't glamour it, also if it is like the top, the blue stitches will remain blue, so, colored triangles in shape of ears with blue dots in them... why!?

Please SE, just stop covering them, we want to see the ears, that is why we choose Miqo'te as our race.

As an Elezen I have no particular emotional stake in this but I completely agree; the ear pouches on that new beret look weird with that jumble of colours. Fuzzy bare ears are much cuter than ear pouches. Do they always hide your earrings too?

If the ears are covered by the hat, yes it will also hide the earrings.

I never really understood the ear pouches on anything in this game. I mean, if you were designing something to accommodate big long ears...wouldn't you just make holes?

I don't mind ear pouches in general because it's nice to have them on some items, but fortunately for me most pieces don't cover my ears so there's plenty of choice. If all of the Miqo'te hats are coming with pouches now then that's not very fun. It's also preventing you from seeing all of the event/preorder glamour earrings they keep handing out, which is rotten for those who enjoy those items. So I support this suggestion.

Not only do the ear holes look better, but how the heck are Miqo'te supposed to be aware of anything with cloth/leather/whatever blocking their ability to hear?

It's a well know fact that it takes Us Miqo's 45 minutes to an hour to put our hats on. We gotta angle our ears juuuuuuust right so that our ears go into the...socks... ear holes are better because that's easier to stick your ears through. We wear socks on our feet, not our ears SE!
