Fieldcraft Guildleve Mining Cedarwood will not move to level history after completion

Steps:

1) Accepted the guildleve Mining Cedarwood from Limsa Lominsa adventurers guild.

2) Successfully completed leve at designated camp. Leve gave end rewards as normal.

3) Upon completion, leve received a check mark in the active regional leve list as it would have prior to patch 1.19 instead of moving to leve history.

4) Upon returning to the Limsa Lominsa adventurer's guild, the NPC would not offer the leve in question again.

5) Attempted to log out of the client, leve still was in active list.

6) Selected the leve from the journal list and selected abandon in the sub menu. Leve was removed from active list but did not enter leve history.

7) NPC offered leve again.

8) Accepted leve again and repeated steps 1 through 6. Leve is again in active list again with completion check mark.

Update: It's also happening to the other Cedarwood leve, Of Muskets and Men in the same fashion.

Update 2: Upon abandoning Mining Cedarwood a third time, it renewed instead of abandoning.
