Window Mode: Alt-Tab out/back causes interesting video problems.

First time I've logged in since before 1.19, so I don't know if this was introduced in 1.19 or 1.19a, but when you alt-tab out and back to the game (window mode) sometimes the graphics around UI items disappear. Or sometimes the text flashes on and off.

Is there a /reloadui feature? Would hate to have to quit the game each time. Gotta constantly flip between my forums and wikis to play, and it's been working fine until now.

Edit: The text hiding and showing was even there as I logged out back at the character select screen, and the main menu before completely quitting the game.
