FF14 freezing/crashing since patch

On PC (Win 7) and I have had one crash since the patch. No freeze, just a straight crash. Isn't the first time I've ever had a crash but I don't get them often. For mine, it could be related to the patch or just random as I have had this happen before even though it's not common.

I havent had a single crash on PS4 since update.

It's only happened to me twice, but I've been fine since. Just experiencing a lot of lag recently, but that's normal I feel like when a new patch is introduced before everything is fixed.

That's happened to me to a couple of times yesterday. Also today when I teleport after getting to the part of the ffxi event where your in uldah and need to get to upper la nosca that happened twice to me then to. Once on my main and once on my alt at the same part of the quest.

That's when it happened to me too, tried to teleport from Limsa to Camp Bronze Lake or whatever that place is, and my computer got locked up on the black screen you get while teleporting. Had to do a hard reboot and found myself at the destination when I logged in.

That was the only time it happened too, I haven't had any similar incidents before that, or since.

Final Fantasy XIV has now crashed for me more then Fallout 4... Bad form SE, bad form...

Thats exactly what happened to me too! I was really surprised to see my computer tell me that ffxiv wasnt responding and crashed. Glad to know I am not the only one.

I too have had my PS4 freeze three times this week. Once when teleporting. The second time when mining in the Diadem (normal). The third time when in the cut-scene with Iroha in Uldah.

I suppose its patch related as my game has never froze before. when it happened this week I thought I broke it somehow lol.

after the up date i was DCed multiple times and towards the end of the day 3 times in the same dungeon, thank god i wasnt the healer that run. i thought it might of been my ps3 {:'( but i am glad to hear others are having this issue and my ps3 is okay, for the most part, lol?

I'm on Ps4 and after the emergency update we last had i dc'ed multiple times every 5 mins or less, it stopped after about the 5th time. Then just yesterday my game started freezing. It has frozen a total of 4 times now and considering how many people this is happening to you would think it would be on the known issues list, but i don't see it there?
Correct me if i'm wrong but isn't this a big issue that they should be fixing already? (i don't mean to rant i'm just really frustrated because the game freezes on me at annoying times).

I've had three or four crashes on PS4 since the update. At least two of them were when I went to teleport, but not when teleporting to or from the same locations. Don't know if that has anything to do with it, but there it is.....
