So in the patch notes it says 2.0] The matching algorithm for Duty Roulette has been adjusted to reduce wait times. I am a healer trying to do the Expert Roulette my Average wait time says 5m but my Time Expired is of right now is 25m. Last night I got to 40m and left. Before the update I got in as healer within 5m or less and as a DPS around 15m. I have yet to try DPS.

I pretty much gave up on queuing ex roulette as healer... works just fine for tanks.

65 minutes n counting in void ark que as tank, yes there is a big problem.

I got is Pharos Hard and Void Ark within 5 minutes of queuing. Everything else has been 40+ mins before I've had to leave it.

I`m queued as healer and it says 0 tank 0 healer (?!!) 0 DPS
avg wait time 11min, 30min in queue so far

tried to requeue, after a few min it goes down to 0 healers even though i`m queued as one?!

This actually happened today after the fix when I joined as a DPS.

Last two nights healer que times have told me 5-7 minutes, but I had waits of over 30 minutes each time. Last night, after 31 minutes of waiting, I withdrew and re-queued. Sat again for over 30 minutes and got so frustrated I quit trying. Wasted an hour just trying to get into Expert and never did.

So, to anyone from the dev/community team that might read this: It might be wise to put some kind of limitation on that "new player priority" thing to handle postpatch surges like this. Mixing new and experienced players also means there's someone that can explain mechanics.

Yeah, tank and healer queues have been pretty rotten lately on Primal. Maybe there will be another hotfix

Also the display for the DF window is obviously bugged when it shows 0/?? 0/?? 0/?? even though you're Q'd as one of them.

Yeah, the display issues were in the patch notes so I expected those, the matching algorithm change seems to favor melee dps from what I've seen and heard

Is there any plan to fix this, cause unless I have a huge amount of time to waste I can't really queue as a healer anymore.
