How is the average waiting time even calculated?
i gues everyone is just farming diadem in hope of casual 210 Gear instead of farming Eso Gear. Expert Roullete is pointless as a DD you wait for ever.
In 3.0 it was like 5-15 min.
Having the same issues. Queued for over an hour on Levelling Roulette earlier before I had to drop.
Currently queueing over 45mins again. Something definitely not right. And again showing 0 dps queued even though I'm one of them.
I wouldn't mind if someone I'm SE gave a response to say 'yes it's broken, we'll have to look for a way to fix but could be a while' or explain why queues have gone over the hr mark from taking 10-15mins max before 3.1 but the current Dev post is a bit inane

Right now the ex roulette is the only thing tanks can get into within reasonable time. Void ark and diadem are 1hr + wait. But thats to be expected.
What I dont understand is 5-10 minute wait for ex roulette as a tank, when before 3.1 it was almost instant

Interesting thing happened to me on LEVELLING roulette as a machinist - I got a 30+ minute wait time, and started cleaning the kitchen, and it buzzed me in after only five minutes. I had the 0/0/00 display like above the entire time.
So the bug is only affecting the higher leveling roulettes?
My worry is that it's going to get worse rather than better:
Once more people realise you can get in quicker (though without the bonus) by queueing manually, then it's going to become ever harder to get in via roulette once most people queue manually.

I queue for the two new dungeons individually, I get in in 5-10 minutes with no issues.
I queue for Expert Roulette, which includes both of those said dungeons, and I sit for 30-60 minutes waiting. For almost two years before patch 3.1, I have always gotten in to Expert Roulette (as a healer) in under 15 minutes, at the max wait time.
SE comes in and says everything is ok and there are no issues. I find their response disgusting an am appalled this is all they have to say on the matter.
Your theory falls to pieces when you look at what time I posted. I waited over an hour for a queue (after several shorter ~20 min waits) as a WHM, starting at 9pm PST, until after 11 PST. 9pm PST is the start of the decline of "peak time" and 11pm PST is definitely not considered peak time anymore. Since I usually play at this time, I am quite familiar with normal queue times, both before and after a patch. This. Is. Broken.
Adding my voice to those saying that something is going wrong here, although I don't presume to know what. And before someone claims it's because of when I'm queuing, I'll point out I've tried both at peak times and off times, with the same issue. And before they then claim it's "culture shock" of being a healer or tank suddenly facing queue times, I'll point I'm a dps, and I've always been a dps; I'm used to long wait times, but this is beyond "dps long" and into the realm of "unacceptable".

Haven't read through all of this, as WHM/AST I haven't noticed anything different but was going to say to the people that say it shows 0/2 for tank, 0/2 healer 0/4 for DPS, mine has always done that. It's very rare I ever see 1/2 for Healer, or I do then it disappears etc, but most times it's all 0s and then just pops.
