    More mid-range dungeons in coming patches?

    I've been speculating on the possibility of more mid-range content. I spent a good deal of time in Shposhae and I had a blast hunting the new NMs there and gathering keys. From what I got there that I wasn't able to sell through the Market Wards I simply NPC'd for a decent profit considering a new character on a new server. It helped me to buy some new gear for my GLA.

    Something I enjoyed in XI were the various coffer dungeons that you could solo once you were 60-75. I also had a lot of fun trolling beastman camps. :P

    In the coming patches (1.20-1.30), do you think the dev team is considering adding more content for the players who aren't interested in endgaming 24/7? It would be a joy to see more content to solo/group up mid-range.

    But in my opinion, the coffers in these mid-range dungeons should drop unique and actually rare items, as in, it'll take you 3-15 days to get if you're dedicated enough. I miss that sense of competition. Or, maybe have a "platinum" (hah) coffer that has a very rare key drop from the tier 3 chest, a compromise for casuals.

    What do you all think?

    They will always need to add mid-level stuff. Not everyone will be at max level nor will they be all of the time. Will they all be dungeons? Probably not and who knows when they'll actually implement it but you can bet that it will be coming

    I for the most part think they will focus primarily on rank 50~ content due to the fact that this will eventually be "Mid range" when the rank cap increases.

    Also considering the blinding speed people are peeling through the current mid-ranks makes content for it hard to stay viable.

    1.21 is supposed to have two new instanced dungeons. Hopefully one of them is 35 to fill the gap between Toto-Rak and Dzemael.

    I hope very soon, things like this is what I miss the most in MMOs. Sometimes while I'm forced to solo I like to wander around a coffer dungeon for a while. Especially if it has random tiered (COUGH) beastman mobs scattered everywhere.

    Its kind of funny because I went to Shposhae on my lvl 50 con to PL some lower level players from the linkshell and couldn't help but think how cool the dungeon would have been if it had been 45+

    That being said I do hope they provide not only more open dungeon content for lower level players but also instanced based stuff like Toto-Rak as thats also quite a fun dungeon.

    No doubt they will be adding more lvl 25 primal fights as time goes on, there should be plenty of content to do as time goes on for sure.

    i would think so.
    I'm guessing the focus is currently on 50 content because the PS3 player base is not on yet, and many PC players have ONE 50 class or close to 50 job. I don't, but at this point, many should have one. So as we are the testers and current audience there is likely more of a 50 need than a 10-30 need, but there will be absolutely for PS3 time. I guess that as the launch draws nearer we will see more of it.

    I experienced Toto-Rak for the first time last week. The transition from high treble to high bass from running around to the battle sequence was really badass. More like that, please. Absolutely amazing.

    Stuff like that actually immerses you if you let it.

    I'm sure they'll likely start implementing "BCNMs" which is stuff that can be done at all ranges (from 20 - uncapped), which is an alternative to adding dungeon upon dungeon in early/mid levels.
