Sanuwa Samba beast quest glitch

I was doing the Sanuwa Samba beast quest this afternoon, and I encountered a small glitch involving the in-quest beast mount for this duty. The default hot-bar for the in duty beast would disappear on me while I was mounted on the beast, and I get the normal player hot-bars while still mounts. When this happened I wouldn't be able to land, and dismount from the beast, I sort was stuck on it, while it was still in mid-air. The only way I could resolve this was to warp to the nearest Crystal, and get a new mount to continue the quest. This happened five, or six times.

The mount actions are on the pet hotbar, so all you need to do to fix this is to go to the options and make it visible, or change your main hotbar to it.
