Limit Break Change

The changes to how Limit Break bars fills up now after patch seems to punish raid groups that raid with this setup:

WAR/PLD/AST/WHM/BLM/SMN/BRD/DRG

Main problem is, that since Bard is now categorized with Summoner and Blackmage, and the LB bars fills up really slow due to having 3 of the same Category, we are no longer able to get anywhere near LB2 during last wave in A2S.

So either I as BLM or the Summoner have to change classes now to be able to gain Limit Break properly?

May I ask why was this changed?

Do you want to force people to not play the classes people want or? We do not have ANY same Classes in party, so we shouldnt be punished.

Make Bard and Machinist their own Category like they are Physical Ranged DPS

This change simply has to be reversed and now!

Hey everyone,

During the Japanese patch note reading, Yoshi-P mentioned that there has been a lot of feedback since the release of the preliminary patch notes, and he has been discussing this with the development team. As a result, they have decided to remove this feature and revert the system back to how it was originally. This will be done in a hotfix as early as possible.

This feature was originally intended to be added to allow more players with different jobs to be able to participate in end-game content, as well as keep the job setup to 2 tanks, 2 healers, and 4 DPS. However, they are aware that there are still many groups challenging Alexander (Savage) with their current groups, and also know how difficult it is to currently make a group for this content. Due to this, they will be fleshing out the feature a bit more, and plan to add it back in Patch 3.2.

We apologize for any issues this may cause your groups and ask you to please wait patiently until the hotfix for this to be reverted back.

I did do a search for Limit Break in the Searchwindow but nothing came up about it

Now to also make Paladins feel some love Our Paladin since launch, even in 1.0 was PLD and loved it, but due to DRK and WAR doing great as tanks and as DPS, he is giving up PLD and lvling DRK. Which is a shame as he loved paladins but want to be as most use to all of us.
