No it isnt. Let me give you an example. I had a party earlier today where a healer and a dps just let to gather. After awhile of not getting any gold chests because the rest of the dps couldnt muster up enough credit on stars someone left making it impossible to get credit on stars. Why are the combat classes there? To queue up for gatherers?

SE put in a system where you needed to do so much damage to a mob to get loot from it then let gatherers troll people to prevent that from happening.

I have a feeling what we're going to see as the first change to this is a reduction in the amount of damage that needs to be done (which will be either 3.15 or 3.2, no sooner). Nothing to do with kicking people and all that. So basically, leechers can continue leeching. It always takes at least a few tries for the devs/Yoshi-P to get things to be at an acceptable level. They're so pathetic in that area of being naive, when it comes to trusting players, that it's very laughable. They never learn... ever. Then again, they likely don't care to on that regard. Probably won't see any concrete changes until 3.3.

RMT: Getting bombarded by /shout and /tell spam = Weak chat filters put in place and players are told to report in a poorly made report system.

RMT: Getting /tells and Friend Request spam = Report using poorly made system and "Look!! We ban accounts!!"
RMT: Still getting /tells and FR spam = "I said LOOK! We ban accounts! We're obviously doing something to combat the infinite wave of RMT inconveniencing you by banning accounts that won't stop appearing again! You don't need chat filters, you just need us to tell you we're banning accounts!"
Triple Triad: People are win-trading = "Please stop win-trading"
Bots: Blatantly obvious, abundant, and occasionally found using hacks = "What bots? You know it's impossible for us to track them, therefore, they don't exist. We're going to ignore this report you spent the time making"
RMT: Friend Requests no longer as much of a problem = "See? It tooks us around a year, but we finally found out that a big part of it was our Free Trial accounts being able to do that. Who knew!?"
<prediction of initial response> Diadem: People are leeching because we can't kick them and reporting is useless = "Please stop leeching"
<prediction of initial response> LoV: People seem to be win trading and being good works against you = "Please stop win-trading and please find ways to have the system work in your favor"

Being kicked for illegitimate reasons happens far less often. It really only happens when a premade of friends joins the DF. Easy solution. Don't allow parties to join the DF unless it's a full party.

Already blacklisted 25 people so far...

Reasons for blacklist inc

Needing i150-180 gear numberous times or constantly despite the pf reads greed only and the leader plus other people have said don't do it again

Switching to gathering class despite pf reading nm hunting only

Netflixing play, like today a whm non cs Stone............................min later..................................stone.................................................................stone, asked to contribute and proceeds to carry on

Pf reading ignore objectives, switch to gathering class (we don't do the other ones anyway)

Yeah problems still here and at this rate my bl will be full in a couple of weeks then what?

All those complaining that people are gathering rather than combating - have you ever assisted a gatherer by removing mobs from nodes? If you expect them to help with your preferred content, then it's only fair you help with theirs. It sounds like a lot like people are just trying to demand everyone do exactly what they want to do, with no intention of assisting with the goals others may have. This co-operation works both ways.

yes, and usually there is only one gatherer in 8 people, so if I divide my time up, the majority should go to the combat classes. But given that the only answer I have received(from the gatherer who would roll on everything) on the Aether server is that I should have thought of that beforehand and made a combat only PF group...

Also, flip side, I have not seen one person say, "Hey, I would like to do some gathering, could you help?" they always just go off to the other side of the map on their own, and get cocky when asked to participate. Thats why in my Pfs I have been taking to saying combat only except for the last 15-20 minutes.

Like someone said, just report him. And... don't post names on the forum. It can get you suspended/banned. ^^;

Being a leech is one thing but the most annoying is Bad Dps... I(mnk) ran into 2 brd 2 mch... It took 5 mins just to kill one rank 2 mob and of course after slain many rank 4&5 on dino island we still didn't get even one chest ...
