Sad part is, I think the one in Ishgard is going to be hanging there forever, just like the one in Limsa Lominsa that the pirates strung up.

I had actually found one the day before 3.1 went live and thought how cruel it was to leave him hanging there for months, but ended up enjoying it entirely too much to take screenshots with him:\

At least I am pretty sure he is the one... I'll have to fly out there and double check it.

Well, I stayed there for a long screenshot session of about 20 minutes and came back after about an hour for the next WHM quest. He didn't fall once, brave guy/lady that he was.
