"You were unable to leave the area" message when housemate tries to teleport to house

Steps:

1. Added my wife, Calypso Skyy, to be a tenant so we can share a personal house together
2. She has access to all the housing rights that I assigned her, however, she can not teleport to the house because it will always give the message "You were unable to leave the area" regardless of where she is.
3. We have tried removing her as a tenant and reassigning her, did not work.
4. We have tried logging out and rebooting, did not work.
5. We have tried having her delete the aetheryte and placing a new one as an outdoor furnishing, did not work.

Out of ideas and frustrated, I wanted her to have the benefit of teleporting to the house and using it whenever she feels like it. Hopefully you guys will look into this, thank you.

Would like to propose a temp solution. I had this problem until I put away my aetheryte tickets into a retainer and off my person. Still a bug but it should probably solve yours.
