Hello! I seem to have possibly found a bug:

Property I own, I am able to train my own chocobo only, not a friend that has been given access to my home (their chocobo is stabled, says I don't have permission to train)

Property I don't own but I am a shared access guest, I am able to train ALL chocobo's stabled.

Yes, I have double checked permissions (and they have a chocobo stabled so clearly the permissions are set correctly)

I've noticed the same thing. My friend can train both of our chocobos in my house's stable, but I can only train mine.
