Voice changes mid-fight

Steps:
When in battle on my MNK, my voice will randomly change. I've tried my other classes such as DRG and WAR that are melee and it was the same. One attack would be 1 voice then the next would be the different voice. Sometimes it would be fine for several attacks, sometimes the 2 voice would happen on the same attack (IE dragon kick for MNK). I tried to reproduce it using emotes but it doesn't work. I'm also the only player that can hear it as other's around me hear me as normal. I normally use a female Au Ra with Voice 2 but I'm not familiar with what voice the second one that is happening at times. This is since the latest patch. Relogging does not help.
