Found 058 in dravanian hinterlands 19, 38 on a ledge under the broken bridge. I sprinted and jumped off a little pointed edge on the cliff above it.

Here's all of the locations, getting them gives you the "Veteran Explorer" title. In case people wanna discover them by themselves i'll put these between spoilers tag.

While I appreciate the info and have added the three that were still missing, I feel the need to say that simply posting what seems like info taken from elsewhere went against the spirit of this thread in the sense of trying to fill out this information via people who were actually out searching. If you actually were, then my apologies, but that's just how your post comes off. Kind of detracts from the fun of it, you know? Still, thanks for the spots.

I guess we have the whole list now, so thanks to those who contributed! I had been planning to put the info up on the wikis once we finished, but since it looks like we've been beaten to that, I might instead just make a page of my own crediting this thread for the info--not entirely sure yet. I'll post with the link if I do.

Well, that's exactly why i posted it between spoilers, so i do not kill the exploration side of it for people like you who'd rather find the spots themselves, hehe. But for those who'd want them done with ASAP my post will be there for them.

Yeah, that 12,8 one in Coerthas Western Highlands is seeming to be pretty impossible to get to lol.

EDIT: The chocobo can land right on the pole, just kind of hard to position him perfectly.

You can land on the dragon's head and walk up the lance.

It's much easier than landing on the lance itself.
