    It's not a nerf because it's off GCD now so it has no opportunity cost. It's an underwhelming upgrade, but it's still an upgrade. Pacification should just be replaced if they're not going to stick it on another class, because it will never be allowed to be really useful. Same thing with One Ilm Punch's dispel. If they're supposed to be for PVP, stick them on PVP moves.
