Shield Swipe added a little DPS - personally now wishing desperately that Sheltron and Shield Swipe had the same recast.

No more Pacification/Enmity spam on trash packs.

TP falls flat at roughly the same rate.

Pretty much exactly everything anyone that read the prelim-notes projected.
