    Your retainer did not respond

    i suddenly cant access my 2nd retainer, when i try to click the retainer theres a notification say "your retainer did not respond", the 2nd retainer is not a mog station retainer so the payment should not be a problem, my 3-8 retainer payment is still on until 32 day from now.
