Verminion Penalty for Tutorial ?

Thanks for all the feedback in regards to Lord of Verminion. I'd like to share with you the current situation and the direction we're planning to take for adjustments.

I'd like to point out that this whole post, and the patch dedicated just for it, still doesn't address the issue that started this thread.
