Verminion Penalty for Tutorial ?

From what I can gather, the timer for the tutorial is actually for technical reasons - LoV seems to be instanced content (it even appears to use the Duty Finder when you enter a match), and because the instance server is timed, the tutorial also has a timer as a result.

But yeah it's frustrating - I was having problems getting the mouse to work (cause by connection troubles and my own lack of experience with RTS games) and thus a simple task proved impossible to do. No doubt I'll get the hang of the controls - it's just the timer only giving you a ridiculously short time to learn the tutorial makes it ridiculously frustrating.

Oh goody, I haven't even gotten around to playing this yet, but it sounds like yet another content I was greatly looking forward to has been ruined by bad implementation, just like Hunts...

I am penalized too. I retreated when I was clearly losing AGAINST PC, then got penalized.

I guess it's a day penalization, finishing after the daily reset (I hope), if not, I will open a ticket.

To be fair, you could rename this forum to "Smart-ass replies" and it'd still be just as accurate.

Won't deny a little snark but it's too often that people go straight to General Discussion with their 'bug reports' and never bother leaving an actual bug report. Like General Discussion is Square's got-to forum for bug reports.

I've lost 600 points trying to figure out the tutorial out. Why is there a timer? It took me four minutes just to figure out the teleportation gate thing. I'm not losing any more points till the interface is user friendly. The card game is a lot easier to new players than this.
