Small error with personal house sharing

I know it's possible it's just a bug due to congestion or something, but doesn't hurt to bring it to light.

I shared my house with my eternal bond partner, but they can't teleport to the house. They get a "Unable to leave the area" error when they try.

Everything else works great though once they actually get there, luckily he was able to use our ring, but any other friends I share with won't be able to teleport there if this persists.

Also I guess the Steward is just for looks, only sells really low level food.

I have another problem with the shared housing setting, I go into my Private Estate setting, the list dont load proper. I see only one name on my friendlist on it, but it keeps repeating 3 times down a list of invisible names, if I try to click one of the invisible names the game client crash.

EDIT: I clicked the sort list and changed the setting, now the list works and I can add friends, hope this helps if anyone experience the same problem!

I think it was just a temporary glitch, Areku -- I could teleport to my EB partner's house without problems =)

Alternatively, make sure your EB partner has unlocked the housing area properly, so they can go from the city to the housing area (via aetheryte and via the other "shortcut"). It might be a similar (and probably unintended) "glitch" to the attempt to ringport to a map you haven't fully explored.

I invited 3 people to my house. Two can teleport but the fire can't. He's getting the same error.

I made him do the quest before so he could water my crops while I was out of town once, glad it was only temporary like I assumed. Thank you.

Yes the one guy who can't telepart to my house did that quest.

I have same issue, two people can and the 3rd can't.... he's done the quest to access the teleport crystal. We've tried near everything we could think of.

It seems like it's caused by having aetheryte tickets in your inventory.

As soon as I gave mine to my retainer, I was able to succesfully teleport to my friend's house.
