Au Ra facial equipment issue

So, I paid for a Fantasia into an Au Ra today, mainly since 3.1 added a hairstyle that I like to their lineup, and I can't help but notice that the positioning of any face equipment on them is really far forward. I use Oval Spectacles and the Nighthawk Visor as common components of my glamours, and they've always had a bit of float, but never to this degree. I've taken some screencaps to illustrate what I mean.

Maybe I'm just being pedantic, but the fact that you can see through both lenses of a pair of glasses without being interrupted by a nose on anything that isn't a Lalafell bothers me. It's a minor issue, I realize, but it's one that I really hope gets fixed. In the meantime, does anyone know if there's some kind of customer satisfaction program that might be able to get me a replacement Fantasia? I'm really regretting this, but I can't financially justify dropping more money on vanity within such a short timeframe.

The glasses seemed kind of normal, since some people do wear them further down the nose than others.
But the visor looks very strange. That's certainly a piece you press flush against the face.

It's mostly that the nose pads have a half inch of clearance over the actual nose that bothers me with the glasses.
