Game Crashes everytime on tenant window

I've tried twice and as soon as you pull up the Shared Estate settings: and click on an empty tenant slot, the game crashes.

Am I the only one or have any of you experienced this too?

Trying to add a friend as a tenant

So on my second character that owns a private house I could add a friend just fine. Bringing up the Shared Estate Settings window brought up a list of all my friends.

On my main it pulls up 1 friend, and lists that friend 6 or 7 times over and over. Is this maybe because my main has 173 friends? >__<

I crashed my game 5 times trying to figure this out and removed almost everyone from my friends list :/
