Looking to start a FC!

My husband and I are interested in starting our own Free Company. We have been playing FFXIV for over a year now and want to try our hand at leading a Free Company!

We have led Free Company equivalents on other MMO. We've been known to be fair leaders and make the community like a family setting so every one is comfortable. We keep it a no drama zone and do not tolerate liars, thiefs or douce bags, lol.

The only thing we haven't decided is a name. On Aion, we had our legion called Goteijusaitai which means Gotei Thirteen. It's a Bleach reference. We had the legion (FC) set up similarly to the system in the anime. Eventually we changed the name to Carnage and had no real structure to it but it was still a lot of fun!
For the third person (whomever wants to sign on with us) we're giving you the option to choose between the two names! Or we can put our heads together to come up with something completely different!
