    Thordan-EX working progress

    Phase 1
    Mechanics are pretty self-explanatory.

Meteor circles = a dodge mechanic.

Dragon's Eye = Self-buff for boss, no reaction

Dragon's Gaze = Turn around before end of the cast. as long as you're looking away at the completion of the cast, you're safe.

Thunderbolts (Purple Marker) = Spread Out

A player being marked with a single mark with arrows pointing inwards is a Stack Mechanic. The boss will shortly do a room-wise AoE damage right after. Basically, it's best to stack and heal for this.

Right after, boss will use tank buster.

    Phase 2
Suggested to stack at the middle with a little bit of space between everyone. Head out in your directions away from chains and break them, then stand in towers. The chains are basically the same as the chains from The Vault's final boss - move away from one another to break them. Towers don't do much damage.

Boss at the middle becomes DPS'able. DPS him down - the more damage you do, the less damage you take from Holy Cross. Not doing enough damage = Wipe.

Charge Mechanic right after is an Ifrit-style charge in a Y formation. I've found that as long as you are smart about your positioning, each charger has a small gap to either side of them (Though if you're in the top of the Y, the gap is much smaller, but not impossible to get. Will post a pic next time of the 'area' that I've found safe to stand at one-side of them.)

    Phase 3
Two paladins spawn. One will be in Sword Oath, one will be in Shield Oath. These must be tanked away from eachother. We put them at West and East. Looks like the one on the East side always starts in Sword oath - but coudl use clarification on this.

During this phase, we split our DPS up in the following way:
Melee DPS should be positioned North and South of the mob, respectively.
Ranged DPS should be at the middle of the map, North and South. Within range of both mobs, but far enough away that they're at the halfway point of the map.

    IMAGE:

As you can see in the Picture, while DPS'ign the East side, the Melee will be able to run to the NorthEast and SouthEast corners with the blue markers.
The ranged DPS will be able to run to the NorthWest and SouthWest corners with their markers.
    Healers can stay middle.

Whenever the blue circles come out, the Melee DPS will go N/S respectively. Ranged will move away from the boss to bait their circles furhter away.

    =======================

We haven't survived past this yet, but are getting close. Would welcome anyone with foresight on future phases.
