Unfortunately their solution is apparently to just fix the bug and then leave all those of us who encountered it and are therefore missing out on chances to increase reputation permanently behind those who lucked out.

What they say is that, for ARR tribes :
- open all 6 (now 12) quests on day 1 and then log out ;
- on day 2, go to quests deliverers npc and notice how the quest icons are red ;
- complete the quests you opened and hand all of them to their respective npc ;
- now the quest icons are not red anymore but yellow, take them all (these are day 2 quests) ;
- complete them.

By doing this just before day 3 starts, once day 2 quests are handed, day 3 quests are available (and day 3 is the new day 1).

Yup. My boyfriend is currently at reputation 300/360 at rank 2 and I'm stuck at 250/360 because of this issue.

Yep. And now that the fix is in, I can confirm that they in fact didn't do anything to help those of us who missed out on all three bonus quests.

Of course, they're also not doing anything for people affected by the retainer bug who missed out on a few day of retainer ventures. So I guess it's "play at your own risk" but it's still really annoying to be more than a day behind on the Vanu Vanu quests by no fault of my own.

The developers likely have no way of knowing who was and who wasn't effected by the bug, so they have no way of fixing it on an individual bases. Being a day or two behind won't hurt us in the long run.
