by this time he started to figure it out the time ran out and he just didn't give a crap and walked away said he might try later.
The whole thing is a shambles & I had the same experience - pressing what it tells you simply doesn't work! If I want to play LoV now I switch from controller to mouse mode, it just was not possible for me to play with a controller.
