You make it sound like you think SE actually listens to the mass whiners who post no solution to their issues, it's farther from the truth.

The whiners are usually a symptom of a larger issue at hand, and that can be why it seems the whiners "Get their way" when a issue such as power-leveling got out of hand the developers didn't quasi-nerf it just becuase the forums were in a up-roar it's because allowing it to continue would drastically effect the balance of the game.

I feel like this is more what the OP is about.

If I'm right, then sorry OP, but that shit needed to be nerfed. It's one thing to get PLed for slightly less risky exp, its another to exploit the system (which the devs admit was not properly balanced before the patch was implemented, and had stated that they were considering an emergency patch - meaning they probably saw the problem before it had even been posted on the boards) to get from 1-50 as quickly as possible. Most OPs that were arguing against the unbalanced PLs were very well written arguments, and if anything the people bashing the OPs of those threads were whining, and nit picking at their posts.

I don't know what else you could take away from the recent patch notes that you see as coming directly from forum complaints.
