Steps:
1. Was grabbed by Left Hand and became immobile
2. SMN in party was ALSO grabbed (by the same hand) and became immobile
3. Hand was destroyed. Both of us were released. SMN complained, unable to cast.
4. Hand respawned. Was grabbed again, and became immobile.
5. Hand was destroyed, but I remained Siezed.
6. Party finished killing Vicegerent's Head. I still remained Siezed.
7. After a minute or so, I exited the dungeon, as we could not proceed.

Steps:
1. Was grabbed by Left Hand and became immobile
2. The rest of the party were also grabbed
3. The hand continually applies the "Seized" debuff (roughly once every three seconds or so)
4. The "Seized" debuff never ends, so the whole party is unable to act until the vicegerent head eventually gets around to killing us all (which takes roughly 2-3 minutes)

2. Repeated by LBin the monsters and even after defeating all the enemies issue still persisted as the seize effect didnt go
3.Cant go back to start of dungeon by use of /return command either
