    Patch 3.1 [Light Speed Buff Description]

    Buff description of skill icon/action icon has been fixed to "Reduces MP cost for spells by 25% and cast time for spells by 2.5 seconds, while reducing damage dealt by 25%."


    Error: Active buff description in buff & debuff bar still has the following copy: "Spell casting time, spell MP cost, and attack magic potency are reduced."


    Attack magic potency should be changed to "damage dealt reduced" or "attack damage dealt reduced."

    This is correct though. Lightspeed reduces you attack magic potency by 25%, so where is the error? Because if you think about it only offensive spells have there damage reduced, auto attack is still the same potency, regardless of how low it is to start?

    I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.

    The correct change has been applied on the top as of 3.1 when your cursor is hovering over the skill. The description of the buff when active on your active buffs & debuff bar has remained the same.

    They're different in terms of consistency for the English language as one explains total damage is reduced by 25% whereas the second description is reduced total potency (huge difference--compare Divine Seal Regen [30% is closer to 25%] to a regular Regen tick divided by 2).

    EDIT: But anyways, it's something small that they missed. But should be fixed nevertheless (sooner or later anyways) to prevent confusion and misinterpretation.
