    Anyone find out where to get the new Steward NPC Yet? It's not sale in the Housing Vendor or any NPC in the city.

    EDIT its at the regular Housing Merchant in the wards

    Really? I check all the NPC at the Housing Ward and none of them sale the Steward Permit.

    They don't sell much. Kind of cute and what is nice is I could place it without removing an item.

    SE increased the number of vendors you could have in a house by 1, so if that was someone's limiting factor, they wouldn't have to remove another vendor to place this one. But the overall total of all items in a house has the same maximum as before, so if you were at that limit, then you'd need to remove something to make room.


    But what do Stewards offer, anyway? The patch notes said they'd be available, but not what for.

    They bow when you walk past them similar to the bunny girls at the Gold Saucer. Their primary function is obviously an aesthetic one.

    in Lavender Beds hes in the Dappled Stalls so check the Housing Merchant ( literally his name ) in the Mist / Goblet equivalent. I'm sure it's there. If not it's in Lav Beds
