    Launcher keep crashing as I try to download patch

    Getting an error message every 2 minutes, anyone else is getting this problem? :C

    Basically 'the update failed'. Probably a lot of people trying to download it, so the servers are a bit over stretched. It's patch day. This is normal.

    The sentence just says that the download failed, just showing a pict for to show the error numbers thinking it might have helped, but yeah in the end I just had to try again and again and again and it ended up downloading normally. First time for me that I saw it fail non stop on a patch day so that had me worried.

    This always happens to people during a big patch like this especially since this one has taken so long compared to the rest. I'm sure you were just lucky to never have had a problem before.

    Also you should expect a lot more people online for the next few weeks and expect some server crashes as well.

    1.6 GB downloaded in 20 minutes, never had a hitch. I did patch 5 hrs ago though.

    Just a thought, but some people in another thread were having problems with the launcher earlier and it was suggested to have them run the launcher as an Administrator. Just right click the icon and select Run as Administrator.

    If you've tried this or are logged in as the built in Administrator account, then ignore this message.
