Scattered Bones <Bones> is recruiting!

Hey there! Scattered Bones <Bones> is a new (formed 10/23) Rank 8 Free Company created with the goal of avoiding certain problematic issues.

- We do not condone any drama.

- We do not support elitist attitudes. It's better to help people improve rather than put them down.

- We don't do favoritism. Ranks are earned, not given. No one is given special treatment regardless of rank.

- This is a democracy, not a dictatorship. Every opinion matters.

Although we are currently small in size, we are usually very active, but it can be a bit quiet in chat at times due to people focusing on leveling. We do have a small house in Mist, and our first airship has been built as well. We also have a website/forum set up for those that wish to use that. We're a friendly, casual, "play at your own pace" type of Free Company.

Bit of an update: We're now Rank 8 (almost to 2nd airship) and are looking for more like-minded individuals. More specifically, we're looking for people interested in eventually earning an Officer-type position as there currently are none and it's been difficult trying to run everything by myself. One of the main things I am personally looking for, aside from attitude, is the ability to help recruit members. If you're interested, please let me know via /tell, response here, or an app.

Of course, still looking for people that aren't interested in those types of positions as well!
